What You Can do To Reduce EMF Exposure

In our daily lives we put ourselves in the risk of numerous forms of EMF radiation. Everything from cell phones, Wi-Fi signals, wireless devices, computer routers, smart home devices, solar inverters, Bluetooth devices, and even healthcare environments emit EMF radiation. While these rays may be dangerous after prolonged exposure, we do very little to protect ourselves from this exposure.

Today, there is evidence and research data showing the adverse effects of EMF.

What are the Effects of EMF Exposure?

According to IntegratedHealthBlog.com, EMF can have a very detrimental effect on our overall health: Here’s what studies show:

  • Significant detrimental effects on biological systems on all living things.
  • EMF promotes oxidative changes in blood flow, personal behavior, and weakened immune systems.
  • May promote unhealthy cardiovascular and other negative health issues.
  • May cause memory problems and problems concentrating.
  • Can cause poor sleep, fatigue, irritability, mood swings, and even tinnitus.
  • Long-term effects of exposure show that people are having more major health issues the longer they come in contact with EMF exposure.

How Can We Reduce EMF Exposure?

The EMFAcademy.com, has some suggestions for reducing exposure to EMF radiation. Most of the suggestions below are very easy to implement in our day-to-day activities.

  • When using a cell phone, use earbuds or a speaker phone or hold the phone at least a couple of inches from your ear/head.
  • Do not go to sleep with your cell phone near your body. Turn it off, place it on a charger, not near the bed, or put it on airplane mode while you sleep.Sleep or relax with an EMF blanket to give you protection while you’re at home.
  • Do not put your computer router near areas that are used as gathering places ,such as playrooms, man caves, etc.
  • Reduce the time you are close to EMF fields by reducing the time you are on your phone or turning in airplane mode when not using it.
  • Reduce the use of wireless devices and always turn them off after use.
  • Disable WiFi and routers at night.
  • Instead of using WiFi, use Ethernet and wired connections.
  • Get an anti-radiation cell phone case. Some manufacturers include Safesleeve and Defendersheild.
  • Use EMF-blocking fabrics for curtains and drapes.
  • Protect the most sensitive parts of your body (like your head and brain) by wearing EMF-blocking hats, such as those made by Lambs.

Companies Recognize the Problem:

In addition to the companies creating EMF anti-radiation products like Lambs and Safesleeve other organizations like Aires Tech are also looking for new solutions to mitigate unhealthy radiation.

We use a previously unheard-of number of wireless devices and it appears that number will only go up. If you have concerns about EMF radiation, conduct your investigation and find ways to protect yourself.
