Tofu is easily digestible. It can be consumed by most. Tofu is a soft and protein food made from the soybeans without fiber, which is less irritating to the digestive system as compared with the whole soybeans.

Tofu, for many, is a healthy way to get its protein and can be a wonderful addition to their balanced diet. As everyone’s health is different, please note, the digestion of every individual will vary from one another, depending on how the Tofu is prepared.

The tofu production removes fibre from whole soybeans.

The middle firmness enables tofu to be easily digested in the stomach and in the intestine.

High-Quality Plant Protein

It is a complete protein, as it has all nine essential amino acids.

It is protein-rich yet does not put much pressure on digestion.

Soft Texture

The soft and silken tofu can be easily digested and requires minimal chewing.

This is why those who are recovering from illness or dental work love tofu.
